It will be a family day.

My favorite days have always been the days on which Matt and I take off and spend the day together with no plans, having an adventure and making it up as we go along, whether we are traveling overseas or just in our own city. 

I'm so happy to find that our son loves these days, too. We just asked him how he felt about skipping his nap and having an adventure day. His little face lit up and he exclaimed, "It will be a family day!"

Gratefulness is happiness. Trying to soak in and remember all of these most grateful moments. Happy Thanksgiving!
